Camp Assistants

We are currently recruiting camp assistants at our Bamurru Plains and Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef properties for the 2013 season.

Bamurru Plains will reopen on 1st May 2013 for it's leisue season with the positions starting approximately 15th April 2012.

Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef will be looking to recruit camp assistants for when the camp reopens on 16th March 2013 with the position starting approximately 1st March 2013. 

Purpose of the Role

To maintain rooms, main lodge building and facilities at the camp at the highest of standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• To change over and turn down rooms to an immaculate level of detail for clients in camp
• To change over and turn down rooms in the time period allocated by the Lodge Supervisor
• To ensure that the main lodge building and outdoor deck area are kept clean at all times
• To assist in client relations duties in camp

Activities

• Cleaning rooms and bathrooms
• Ensuring room linen and towels and dining linen are laundered
• Assisting in the kitchen with cleaning duties
• Assist with general duties in the dining area
• Daily cleaning tasks in the lodge building
• Assistance with keeping the general area around rooms clean and tidy
• Assisting guides with keeping safari vehicles/boats clean and tidy
• Preparing the lodge for dinner every evening
• Meet and greet clients on
• Keeping the swimming pool clean (Bamurru Plains)

Requirements

Your Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) is a pre-requisite.
